As we approach the midpoint of the year, this is your opportunity to pause, reflect, and intentionally reset before entering Q3.
The Quarterly Reset is a guided 2-hour experience designed to help you reconnect with what matters most, clear mental clutter, and create a focused plan for the months ahead. Through mindful movement, reflection, and practical planning exercises, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, energized, and aligned with your goals.
