Description

With parent participation, your child will be introduced to gymnastics through tumbling, song, games and using our diverse gymnastics equipment.

All programs take place in Britannia Secondary School Gym A/B.

Britannia Gymnastics classes are designed to provide a fun, positive, and engaging experience for participants of all ages and skill levels. Whether athletes are trying gymnastics for the first time or building on existing skills, our program focuses on developing confidence, physical literacy, and a lifelong love of movement. We align our training practices with Gymnastics BC, Gymnastics For All and Active Start and Fundamentals program.

Classes are led by trained coaches who create a safe, supportive environment where every participant can learn and progress at their own pace. Through age-appropriate activities, circuits, games, and skill development, athletes will build strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and body awareness while having fun and making new friends.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. Our curriculum follows proven skill progressions that allow athletes to master fundamental movements before advancing to more complex skills. Coaches provide individualized instruction and encouragement to ensure participants experience success while developing proper technique and confidence.
