Description

This program is an introductory class that will focus on enhancing mobility and health through controlled breath work, seated movement and relaxation techniques. Participants will learn about the yoga poses, breathing exercises, and how that connects to your mobility, supported by scientific research. The session will be followed by a short Q and A session with the instructor.
