Enrollment opens June 6, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.Students will learn the rules of chess, key tactical concepts (checkmates, forks, pins), basic strategy, and simple endgames (king and queen; two rooks). Homework will reinforce class concepts, and difficulty will be adjusted to student skill levels. No class Aug 2.
