Tai Chi Straightsword combines the soft and continuous movements of Tai Chi, and the precise and elegant movements of the straightsword. Through practice, the practitioner will enhance mental focus, balance , strength, harmony and eye to hand coordination. This Art is suitable for people of all ages. Drop-in $21 Adults, $17 Seniors.
