Enrollment opens June 6, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.Provided in partnership with BC Women's Health Centre, this exercise program is for people with Osteoporosis. Emphasis is on building strength and improving balance to prevent falls. An education component on nutrition, treatment options, and osteoporosis is also included. Drop-in $6.75 adults/$5 seniors, if space permits.
