Description

These classes are designed for relatively active individuals over the age of 55. Emphasis in these classes is on balance, strength and flexibility. Classes are slow and gentle allowing everyone to work at their own pace. Please bring your own Yoga/Pilates mat. For more info visit, www.intoyoga.ca
