Rhythmic Gymnastics

An inspiring and skill-building rhythmic gymnastics class! This program blends dance, flexibility, coordination, and strength through expressive routines and engaging movement sequences. Using apparatus such as ribbons, hoops, balls, and ropes, students explore rhythm, technique, and artistry in a playful yet focused setting. Students use a personal dance notebook to reflect on their learning, sketch ideas, and track progress. Midway through each class, students work with A Dancing Book of Transformation, a creative dance book that inspires exploration and guides them into the creation process. This collaborative journey culminates in a final performance on the last day of class, celebrating each dancer’s growth, imagination, and expressive movement. Space Permitting - Drop-in: $20.
