Using own bodyweight, dumbbells and steps for a full body workout that includes a variety of weight training exercises to build muscles; support back and abdominal strength. A powerful class that will leave you feeling great and accomplished.

Registration not required. This class is part of the KCCA Fit Card. A 10-visit, 1 month Fit Card can be used. Drop-in $6.00, space permitting.
