Description

High/low impact step cardio with strength training intervals followed by core work and a relaxing stretch. We encourage you to bring your own mat.

Registration not required. This class is part of the KCCA Fit Card. A 10-visit, 1 month Fit Card can be used. Drop-in $6.00, space permitting.
