Description

Rhythmic gymnastics combines the grace of ballet and the strength of artistic gymnastics with the challenging manipulation of colourful hand apparatus. Participants will learn basic body movements of apparatus techniques, while moving to various musical rhythms. This wonderful sport will develop hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, and rhythm. Instructors are certified with the National Coaching Certification Program.

No session August 3.
