Glide on one foot for 2-3 metres (left & right)
Forward single sculling (clockwise & counter clockwise)
Backward double sculling
Informal outside edges (left & right)
Half snowplow stop (left & right)
Full snowplow stop
Side step/cross feet on a straight line
