Description

Prerequisite: At least 5 years of age, successful completion of the skills in Lifesaving Society Swimmer 2, or equivalent swim assessment.

In this level

Swimmers combine entries and exits, tread water for 15 secs, recover an object from chest deep water, flutter kick on front back and side (10m each), wearing a PFD jump, tread water (30 sec) and swim (15m) combination, whip kick in a vertical position, front and back crawl (10m each) and intro to interval training
