Students entering Level 7 must be able to:

Forward alternating crossovers (clockwise & counter clockwise)

Backward glide on one foot for 2-3 metres (left & right)

Controlled outside edges (left & right)

Backward crossovers (clockwise & counter clockwise)

Backward informal outside edges (left & right)

Backward inside C-steps (clockwise & counter clockwise)

Sharp turns

Pivots
