Description
Challenge your stamina and strength with fast paced swimming drills combined with a high intensity dry land body-weight workout. Using interval training techniques, this program is designed to progressively enhance muscle ton and endurance. It's a great program whether you want to enhance your general fitness, preparing for a triathlon or getting back into swimming.
Prerequisite: Able to swim continuously 400 metres at a pace of 1 minute per 50 metres or better.
