Description

Prerequisite: At least 5 years of age, successful completion of Swimmer 4 or equivalent swim assessment.

In this level

Swimmers learn eggbeater kick, tuck jumps, back somersaults, and continue to work on dives, treading water, breaststroke (25m) front and back crawl (50m each), head up front crawl (25m) interval training and sprints front and back crawl (25m each)
