Description

Prerequisite: At least 5 years of age, proof successful completion of the skills in Red Cross Swim Kids Level 5, or Lifesaving Society Swimmer 3, or equivalent swim assessment.

In this level

Swimmers are introduced to breaststroke and standing dives, Tread water (1 min), underwater swim (5m),whip kick on front (15m), front crawl and back crawl (25m each), 25 m sprint front crawl, interval training, and completion of Canadian Swim to Survive Standard: Roll entry into deep water, tread 1 min. and swim 50 m
