Swimming - Swimmer 2

Prerequisite: At least 5 years of age, successful completion of the Swimmer 1 or equivalent swim assessment

In this level: Swimmers combine entries and exits, tread water for 15 secs, recover an object from chest deep water, flutter kick on front back and side (10m each), wearing a PFD jump, tread water (30 sec) and swim (15m) combination, whip kick in a vertical position, front and back crawl (10m each) and intro to interval training
