Swimming - Parent and Tot 2 and 3 - Goldfish and Seahorse

Goldfish

Prerequisite: 12-24 months of age, participating with a parent or caregiver (assisted). Swim diapers are mandatory for all children. You may bring your own or purchase one from the cashiers at the facility.

Babies and their caregivers work on rhythmic breathing, moving through the water, front and back floats, shallow water entries and exits, and underwater object recovery.

Seahorse

Prerequisite: 24-36 months of age, participating with a parent or caregiver (assisted). Swim diapers are mandatory for all children. You may bring your own or purchase one from the cashiers at the facility.

Toddlers and their caregivers work on submersion, front and back floats and glides, jumping into water with assistance, underwater object recovery, kicking on front and front swim.
