Enrollment opens April 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.Geared toward women who have experience using various fitness equipment and a min. of 6 months of training in the gym. You will learn to incorporate more complex exercises using dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, as well as cable pulley exercises. You will be provided with two workout plans on the other days to help you reach your fitness goals.
Please note: All participants must provide a signed Par Q+ and Consent form before attending the classes. The Par Q+ and Consent forms can either be picked up at Creekside CC or the forms can be accessed by copying any pasting the links below. Alternatively an email can be sent to steven.tautscher@vancouver.ca to get the forms emailed. Please drop off or email your completed forms to Steven before the start of the class. If you answer Yes to a Par Q+ question you may need to get a doctor's note before you can take the class.
