Birthday Party - Gym Sports

This popular birthday party for up to 10 children (ages 6-12) includes a gym leader, cooperative games and/or sports in the gym, and use of a party room for the duration of the party. Additional children, up to a maximum of 20, will require an additional leader for a $75 fee.

The party group has 30 minutes before and after the reserved party time to set-up and take down all belongings. The party group is responsible for setting up and taking down tables and chairs and any decorations. The gym leader is responsible for leading the gym games/sport and when possible, may assist with set-up and clean-up as needed. The party group is welcome to decorate the party room, but all decorations must be removed by the end of the birthday party. Outside contractors are not permitted. The party group must bring their own food, drinks, cake, knife, plates, cutlery and cups. A fridge and freezer (with limited space) are available for use during the duration of the party. Party Room is Room 9. Room capacity is 30. Room includes tables and chairs. Party Schedule: Party Room 1:00-1:15pm/Gym time 1:15-2:15pm/Party Room 2:15-3pm.
