As we move through time, we need to keep moving our bodies. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this all-levels yoga class is ideal for you. Your safety, and a pain-free practice, are of highest priority. Yoga can improve your flexibility, mobility, balance, bone density, and strength. In addition to physical health benefits, yoga has a calming effect on the mind and nervous system. Drop-in $18 if space available. Entrance for program is at 773 West 14th Avenue. No class July 28.
