Through yoga & mindfulness, along with music, games, storytelling and crafts, children learn tools for self-confidence, kindness, and managing emotions. We hold an inclusive space to encourage exploration and connection with our feelings and experiences. Perfect for young explorers to move, play and feel calm and confident every day! No camp July 1.
