For participants who want a cardio class with simple choreographed floor patterns followed by strength training with weights and core conditioning. Participants can go at their own pace and finish off with a full stretch. Purchase a 10-visit pass or seasonal pass. Drop-in $5.48/adult or $3.57/senior. No class on statutory holidays.
