A low-impact fitness session focused on improving flexibility, releasing muscle tension, and aiding recovery. The routine includes a balanced sequence of stretches for all major muscle groups, suitable for all fitness levels.
Activity Drop-in Policy (excluding adult sports activities)
Drop-ins are accepted in programs where stated “Space Permitting - Drop-in fees”… Drop-in patrons can purchase their spot 15 minutes prior to program start time in person ONLY, based on 1st come 1st served. IMPORTANT: If maximum program capacity has already been met with registered patrons no drop-ins will be permitted, regardless of no-show patrons.
