Prerequisite: 3-5 yrs, successful completion of the skills in Lifesaving Society Preschool Octopus or Red Cross Preschool Sea Otter

Swimmers work of safe entries and exits, jumping into chest deep water, submersions with rhythmic breathing, front and back floats with an aid, rolling laterally from front to back, front and back glides with an aid, and kicking with a buoyant aid
