Enrollment opens April 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.Capoeira is a unique, dynamic Afro-Brazilian martial art and dance. The movements are strengthening and playful and include a graceful combination of kicks, acrobatics and ground movements enhancing awareness, flexibility and strength. In addition to the movement, you will learn traditional music and singing.
*Beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. For maximum benefit, 2x/week is recommended
