Description

Laughter Yoga! The art of laughing for no reason and the science of breathing, with plenty of health benefits. Laughter Yoga is not traditional yoga and also does not rely on jokes or comedy. Laughter Yoga is all about fun laughing and breathing exercises we can all do together. First Thursday of the month.
