PRIVATE parties can be booked after we are closed to the public. You will have exclusive use of the Play Palace for your group and we can accommodate up to 100+ people. Fee includes the exclusive use of the facility, admission for all of your guests and two staff to assist with set up/clean up and monitoring of the play equipment. PRIVATE PLAY PALACE PARTY NOTES:

* Children must meet the minimum height requirements for the inflatables. Height requirements vary depending on the inflatable

* Shoes are removed and socks must be worn on the floor area/play area. Please ensure you notify all of your participants to bring socks.

* Parent participation and supervision on the floor area is mandatory. Staff are responsible for ensuring that equipment is available and safe to operate.

* Adults are NOT allowed on the inflatable equipment at any time unless there are extenuating circumstances provided to staff beforehand.

* All food, decorations and other party equipment is the party organizer's responsibility. Please bring painter's tape for wall decorations and disposable table cloths (for easier clean up).

* The time listed on this receipt indicates the time your guests have access to the designated party area. You are provided with 15 minutes before your reservation for setup, and 15 minutes after for clean up. Please vacate your party area no later than 15 minutes after your reserved sitting time.

*All extra time requests must be made at least 21 days in advance. Extra time requests are subject to availability Sunday-Thursday. Please contact kerrisdalearena@vancouver.ca or 604-257-8121 to inquire.

* Refund/Cancellation Policy: Notice is required 21 days prior to your booking to receive a refund. Otherwise, the full amount listed on your permit will be charged. All refunds will be charged a $10 administrative fee."
