The Pickleball Training Hall (2.75+)

Higher level players move on the court with almost preternatural grace and power. Vancouver’s popular Pickleball Training Hall represents a new approach to pickleball. Two very different coaches will introduce you to detailed training exercises intended to isolate pickleball’s essential movements. On the court, we’ll put these movements into a more complex set of stroke mechanics in situational drills and games. Throughout the program, these carefully constructed movements will integrate power, balance, agility, flexibility, proprioception, recovery and mindset into a profound flow state. This program is for meticulous players keen to understand the small details that get overlooked in more conventional pickleball clinics. (Not suitable for beginners.) No class Aug 3.
