Description

Laughter Yoga is a light-hearted class that blends wellness and playfulness combining guided laughter with deep yogic breathing to boost mood, reduce stress, and energize the body. The class incorporates simple movements, breathwork, and gentle relation, concluding with a calming meditation at the end of each session. Drop-in $25 (space permitting).
