Sound Bath Meditation & Reiki

Take a pause from your busy week and immerse yourself in deep relaxation with our open weekly sound bath meditation sessions. Designed for all experience levels, these sessions use the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes to calm the mind, release stress, and promote inner balance. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else you need to feel comfortable lying down. Drop-in $25 (space permitting). No class May 19.
