Description

The Happy Hearts Maintenance exercise program is for individuals who have recently completed a medically supervised cardiac rehab program and would like to benefit from ongoing peer support and guidance provided by experienced fitness leaders. Registration is FREE but you must have a current Happy Hearts Flexi-pass to participate in the program. No Classes on Statutory Holidays.
