Get ready to move with bursts of cardio combined with resistance band strength using your own body weight. Work at your own pace. Stretch to follow.

Refund Policy:
10 usage passes and 1 month aerobics passes: no refunds are available.
Aerobics Fit Pass: full refunds are not available. Refunds requested before the halfway point of the season (based on pass dates), will be charged 50% of the total pass fee and the admin fee. No refunds thereafter.
