Description

This class is a slow paced meditative practice, that works into the body's connective tissue with long passive holds in gentle releasing yoga poses. Restoring the energy flow within the body and promoting flexibility, joint mobility, and relaxation. All levels of yoga are welcome. Modifications and guided use of props, breathwork, and mediation with be provided. Please bring your own yoga mats. Drop-in $20 (space permitting).
