A mindful movement practice focused on foundational yoga postures (asanas). Each class will incorporate an awareness of breath, alignment, building strength, flexibility, and calming busy minds. We will move through a dynamic sequence of reclined (supine), seated, and standing asanas. Variations and modifications will be offered to make each posture accessible. If you’re looking for a relaxing way to start your morning with movement, a safe space to practice, an energy reset or all of the above, we invite you to join us for this class. All levels welcome. Mats and props will be available, or you are welcome to bring your own. Drop in $15, space permitting.
