Explore gentle, imaginative movement in this welcoming dance class. Through breath, visualization, guided improvisation, and sensory awareness, we’ll attune to the body’s wisdom and move with intention and curiosity. Our aim is to awaken joy, ease and empowerment through our soul's expression. No dance experience is needed—just a willingness to listen, express, and co-create. Presented by Ballet BC Outreach and supported by the Roundhouse.
