Yoga Made For Runners is a dynamic and challenging yoga program created specifically for runners. The class will build strength, increase the range of motion in tight joints, and return flexibility to stiff, sore muscles. Expect to work hard and breath deeply. Appropriate for everyone, from first timers to experienced practitioners. Drop-in $20 (space permitting).
