Description
The class will offer an intermediate experience with deep stretches, longer holds, up/down flow in/out of poses, while focusing on technique and alignment. We will move with breath, building and using our strength. Although intermediate, the class will be accessible if your body can access general healthy movement and body strength. Let’s move, use (and love!) our bodies to access deeper poses, using modifications as no one body is the same. Drop-in $13.33; space permitting.
