Come try this fun, popular, and easy-to-learn sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. This class is perfect for beginners or those with limited experience who are still getting comfortable with the game. You will learn proper form and technique for key shots, along with safe and efficient movement on the court. All equipment is provided.
Mona is a certified professional instructor of the IPTPA (International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association) as well as course facilitator for Pickleball Canada’s Coaching Education program. She currently coaches players of all ages; skill levels teaching specific strokes; strategies; shot selections; providing feedback to improve. She is an active member of the VPA (Vancouver Pickleball Association).
