Design Your Dream Store! Ever dreamed of owning your own store? In this exciting week-long camp, young designers will dive into the world of retail design with Petit Architect! Campers will explore the creative process of designing a boutique from start to finish—whether it’s a cozy bookstore, a whimsical candy shop, a trendy shoe store, or a luxurious skincare boutique. Campers will: discover Inspiration: Explore real-life examples of beautifully designed stores and learn what makes them special, develop a concept: brainstorm their dream store—what will it sell? What’s the vibe? Who are the customers?, sketch and plan: draw floor plans, design store layouts, and think about how to make their boutique both functional and fabulous, build a 3D model: bring their store to life using recycled materials, cardboard, paint, and craft supplies, add the finishing touches: create signage, decorate displays, and even design packaging for their products, present Their Boutique: On the final day, campers will showcase their creations in a "Grand Opening" event, sharing their design choices and business ideas with the group, by the end of the week, each camper will have a fully realized 3D model of their dream boutique, along with the skills and confidence to think like a designer and entrepreneur. No experience needed—just bring your imagination and a love for creativity! Perfect for: aspiring designers, young entrepreneurs, and anyone who loves to dream up beautiful spaces!
