Fully BookedProgram will consist of a mix of yoga and art projects. Practice will consist of breathing techniques, salutations, imagination, yoga poses, partner work, creativity and mediation. Art activities will include: decorating shmats, mala knots, painting and peace flags. All classes designed by Kidding Around Yoga which include songs, games and stories your child will love.
