Chess teaches higher level thinking skills such as visualization, analysis and critical thinking. Knighted with a ‘commander’ self-image amidst a ‘friends-learning-together’ classroom setting, kids get trained in life-skills goal-setting: checkmate! For anyone proficient with pins, forks, outpost, zugzwang and other chess tactics and advanced strategies. Free complimentary chess kit for new students.
