To develop children's capacities for thinking and creative expression, also to enhance their motor coordination through participation.

The Community Action Program for Children (Cap-C) program is designed for low-income families with children ages 6 and under. Financial contribution from Public Health Agency of Canada in agreement with the Province of BC.
