Description
Calling all hockey fans and anyone who just wants to get moving! Each week starts with a group stretch, time to practice your shots, followed by scrimmage time and a shoot out to finish. We have sticks, pucks and goggles for everyone but you are welcome to bring your own (goggles must be worn in order to participate)! Don’t forget your running shoes and water bottle! No drop-in's available for this program. Please note if the program is full and a participant does not attend 2 sessions in a row without providing notice to our staff (please call the front desk), you will receive a phone call to confirm whether you plan to continue with the program or we will open your spot up for other youth to access the program.
