Moving with Ease: Improvised Dance for Body Awareness and Confidence
Fall Prevention Through Movement, Mindfulness & Play

Build strength, balance, and confidence through joyful, improvised movement rooted in Qigong, Taijiquan, and contemporary dance. Each 10-week module focuses on a different level of movement—standing (Level 1), sitting/kneeling (Level 2), or floor/rolling (Level 3)—and includes guided warm-ups, strength and mobility exercises, partnered activities, and creative dance.

You’ll improve proprioception, coordination, and core stability while learning to move with more ease and enjoyment—not just to prevent falls, but to reclaim freedom of movement.

Take one module on its own or join all three for a full-body progression from the ground up. No experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to move.
