Description

In this class you’ll have a complete body workout using weights, resistance bands and body weight. Activate all your muscles including core, hips and postural muscles. Be strong and lean. End with a stretch to increase mobility and flexibility and reduce stress. This class has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful. Please bring your own bands. No session Aug 3.
