Gym/Play-Gym Birthday Party

This party is best suited for children from 2 to 8 years old.

This party includes:
• 1-2 party attendants* to assist with set-up, clean-up, and supervision of equipment.
• Access to a kitchen equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator (no freezer).
• Tables and chairs for eating in Room 203.
• Medium bouncy castle, ride-on cars, and sports equipment.

This party does not include:
• Staff who are not responsible for running games or other activities.
• Snacks, decorations, or food.

*If you require a party upgrade of up to 20 participating children, you must inform the Birthday Party Coordinator by e-mail at killarneyparties@vancouver.ca at least a week in advance in order to secure an additional leader.

Schedule:
• Set-up Time: 11:30am-12:15pm
• Party Starts: 12:15pm
• Play/Gym Time: 12:15pm-1:15pm
• Room 203 Party Time: 12:15pm-2:15pm
• Party Ends: 2:15pm
• Clean-up Time: 2:15pm-3:00pm

Parent/Guardian participation is required for the duration of the party. To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, the maximum capacity for our party room (Room 203) will be strictly limited to a maximum of 40 attendees.

No third-party contractors/entertainments are permitted during this booking.
