A dynamic Korean Martial Art that is known for its emphasis on kicking techniques, strikes and self defense in addition to the development of physical and mental discipline. This WT style of Taekwondo is a martial arts that's recognized in both Poomsae (forms) & Kyroughi (sparring).

Note: It is recommended to bring your own kicking pad if you have one.

Program Details:

•Program will take place in the Dojo room.
•Students must come fully dressed in their dogi ready for class and must promptly leave in their dogi once the session is over.
•Please note that Participant Waiver forms must be filled out before the program starts. Forms are available from the instructor. Uniform is required.
