The class is teaching children basic taekwondo techniques and doing cardio exercises.
Please note that Participant Waiver forms must be filled out before the program starts. Forms are available from the instructor. Uniform must be purchased at a cost of $60-$70 plus GST, please speak to Instructor for more information.
